Travon Odell Bowens-Bell, age 25, affectionately known as Doodles, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, November 20, 2010. He was born on November 1, 1985 in Bridgeport, Connecticut to Tony V. Bell and Cynthia A. Bowens. Travon leaves to cherish his memories, his parents; son, Malik Bennett-Bowens (Kristen Bennett, sons mother); sisters Tianna Bowens and Tonisha Bowens of Bridgeport; brothers Tony Bowens and Corey Edmonds of Bridgeport; grandparents Broadus Bell, Sr. and Mattie Bell of Bridgeport; five uncles; eight aunts; six nephews; three nieces; a special friend, Shonda Owens; and a host of cousins, other family members, and friends. Travon was predeceased by his maternal grandparents Marie Bowens and John C. Bowens and six uncles. Funeral services will be held Sunday, November 28, 2010 at Holy Trinity Church, 66 Federal Street, Bridgeport, Connecticut 06606. The viewing will begin at 4:00 PM until time of service at 6:00 PM. Interment will be held Monday, November 29, 2010 at Park Cemetery at 9:30 AM.
