Theresa Browning

Ms Theresa Carter Browning of Bridgeport Connecticut passed away on February 8th, 2022.

Born April 24,1951 she was a PROUD lifelong resident of Bridgeport Connecticut. Theresa worked for and retired from the Bridgeport Board of Education where growing and nurturing children was her passion.

She was the proud mother of Sheree *Wete* Browing. The grandmother of Jordan and Xavier Sample and bonus aunt T to Sonya-Marie Atkinson and Jhoaell Ruiz. She also has many cousins, nieces, nephews and close friends whom she loved and was loved by.

Theresa was predeceased by her mother Ms. Beatrice Avery and brothers Jerry and Wesley Carter and daughter Latonya Sample.

All who knew T knew she loved to laugh, talk ish, travel, play cards and have a great time.

Theresa fought and endured a long journey, but she is now at rest and peace.

The family would like to thank her caregivers and each and every one of you for your words of encouragement, prayers, acts of kindness and all the love you have shown thru both her journey and our time of bereavement.

A Memorial Service will be held Wednesday, February 16, 2022 at 5:00pm at the Baker -Isaac Funeral Services Chapel.
