Jeffrey Verner

Jeffery Leon Verner was born on October 30, 1961 in Bridgeport, Connecticut to Abraham Greene and Ruthenia Mullins. Jeffery was raised in Hemingway, South Carolina until the age of 16 when he returned to Norwalk, Connecticut. Jeffery received his high school diploma from Briggs High School in Norwalk, Connecticut. Shortly thereafter, Jeffery enlisted in the army reserve for a few years. Jeffery was employed at Corday Inc. for many years and later at Tristate Installation.
Jeffery was a genuine, loving, easygoing, kindhearted, and hardworking man that loved spending quality time with family and would often be seen with his cousin Joey. He was a proud father and uncle, and although he was a quiet man, you knew when he was proud by his gaze, bright smile, and him rubbing the top of your head. He enjoyed music and is known by family to snap his fingers louder than anyone as he sang-a-long with his favorite songs. He will be deeply missed by those that knew and loved him.
Jeffery is preceded in death by his father Abraham Greene and brother Johnny Greene.
