Bessie Bell Bennett

Bessie Bell Bennett was born on June 4, 1941 in Lilesville, NC to the late Falie and Ollie Mae Bennett. She entered into eternal rest on February 25, 2020 at Bridgeport Hospital. Bessie later transition her life to Bridgeport, CT in the early 60s where she became a long time house keeper for Days Inn. During her services for Days Inn she became employee of the month for her excellent service and later retired.
Bessie was very lovable and a pleasure to be around. She held herself as a well maintain, strict and dont play woman. She loved the pleasure of being around her family and friends. Even though she had many hobbies, her main hobby was playing cardsif you know what I mean. She enjoyed her entertainment of sports and music. She was a well-known loving person that would go out of her way to make sure everyone needs were met. She loved her family to her death.
Bessie Bell Bennett is survived by her 3 sons: Major Stancil JR, Memphis R. Bennett and Marvin I. Bennett, 1 daughter Lillian R. Bennett, 5 grandkids, 7 great-grand kids and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends. She is predeceased by her father Falie Bennett and mother Ollie Mae Caple-Bennett, 4 brothers: Johnny Lindsey, Charles, Charlie Ray, Dallas and Walter Bennett; 2 sisters Mary Virginia Nick and Pearl Bennett-Brown and 1 grandson Alexander Davis.
