Anthony B. Johnson

Anthony Johnson, age 56,of Bridgeport entered into eternal rest on May 16, 2016 at St. Vincent's Hospital. Anthony was the son of Idella Johnson and Zeno Birch, born on March 20, 1960 in Florence South Carolina. He attended Bridgeport public schools and was employed at 21st Century and Call Peters in Stratford CT. Anthony enjoyed grilling, spending time with loved ones, being the life of the party and staying on the microphone at family functions.
Anthony leaves to cherish his memories, one sister, Renee Johnson (Jonathan) of Bridgeport, CT; two sons, Davon and Anthony Johnson Jr., of Knoxville Tennessee; three daughters, Raneisha Wright, Idella and Rajanea Johnson of Bridgeport, CT., two grandchildren, Kamryn Vellejo and Madison Pettway both of Bridgeport, CT., one Goddaughter, Shay Norton of Bridgeport, CT., a Special Companion, Shirley Jones and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, May 26, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. at Baker Isaac Funeral Services Chapel, 985 Stratford Avenue, Bridgeport CT. A viewing will be held from 12:00 noon until the time of service at the chapel.
