Angela Jones

Angela Jones, age 68, of Bridgeport, Connecticut passed away after prolonged illness, on Wednesday, December 24, 2025.

She was educated in the City of Bridgeport school system, subsequently graduating from Harding High School in 1975. Angela also graduated from Butler Business School, followed by employment at Bridgeport Machines and Optimum (Cablevision). Prior to her illness, she worked as a substitute teacher for the Bridgeport Board of Education.

Angela was born June 16, 1957, to the late Rev. Robert Lee Harris, Sr. and Bertha Rawls. She was a member of Vertical Church in West Haven, Ct. and served as an usher for the Interdenominational Ministers Alliance. She loved God, family and serving people in and out of ministry.

She leaves to cherish her beloved husband, Bobby, stepdaughter Tamara Dailey, and stepson Bobby D. Jones. Angela will be remembered and sadly missed by step grandchildren Mia and Mason Daily, as well as her brothers, Apostle Robert L Harris Jr. (Anita) and James E. Harris, sister Bertha M. Harris, nephew Robert L. Harris III ( Megan ), three nieces, Rochelle Commodore (Terrance), Raisha Duharte (Alexis), and Rashona Castellanos (Angel), along with a host of grand and great grand nephews and nieces, aunts, uncles and cousins.

She was predeceased by brother, Thomas E. Harris and sister, Gwendolyn Harris.
